Thanks to business growth, InfoCert is consolidating its international positioning through external acquisitions: it holds 51% of Camerfirma, the main Spanish certification authority, 100% of CertEurope, the French market leader, 65% of Ascertia, a key player in the Digital Trust market based in London, United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan with clients worldwide, and 16.7% of Authada, a German Identity Provider. Lastly, it owns 100% of Sixtema, a partner of the CNA world.

InfoCert is part of the Tinexta industrial group, a leader in three market areas: Digital trust, Cyber Security, and Business Innovation. Tinexta invoiced €395.8 million in 2023, generating an EBITDA of €103 million and a net profit of €69.9 million. Digital Trust by InfoCert

Digital Trust, which encompasses trust, reliability, and assurance in digital interactions, is essential for the growth of the digital economy and the widespread adoption of online services. InfoCert is an accredited manager of digital identity by AgID within the SPID framework (Public System for Digital Identity) and a Qualified Trust Service Provider under eIDAS for signature and timestamp validation services in Europe. It guarantees the identity of individuals, legal entities, and within IoT (Internet of Things) ecosystems. Additionally, it offers identification tools, both remote and/or in person, based on Artificial Intelligence. Advanced technologies also enable the utilization of already certified identities, such as SPID, CIE, and digital signatures, to expedite the identification process and
access to public and private services. Among the main solutions are:

• Legalmail: Certified Electronic Mail that allows for managing legally binding communications between individuals, professionals, private and public organizations in a simple and fast manner. Accredited manager by AgID and the leading provider of PEC solutions for Public Administration.

• TOP (Trusted Onboarding Platform): Speeds up the onboarding process (customer acquisition procedure) entirely digitally, from the engagement phase, contract signing, to sharing and legally compliant storage.

• GoSign: The solution for digitally signing documents and managing approval processes in a simple, secure, and transparent manner, at any time and from anywhere.

• LegalDoc: A solution for managing compliant storage present in the marketplaces of AgID and ACN, the National Cybersecurity Authority.

• Legalinvoice: Manages the electronic invoicing process in accordance with Italian and
international regulations.

• SPID - InfoCert ID: Accredited by AgID as a Manager of SPID Digital Identities and as an
Aggregator Service Provider SPID for public and private organizations.


Compliance

InfoCert ensures regulatory compliance by designing innovative solutions, thanks to an international team, to effectively meet the needs of clients from various sectors and countries while respecting their respective regulations. InfoCert contributes to institutional efforts for the evolution of the regulatory framework with a focus on transparency and trust, for example, with AGID and the CAB (Conformity Assessment Body). It actively participates in regulatory evolution and the improvement of technological standards (ISO, ETSI, Cloud Signature Consortium).

Innovation

InfoCert annually invests in Research & Development by collaborating with some of the major university hubs and research centers in Italy (Politecnico di Milano, EXO Research Organization, Università di Tor Vergata, Università di Salerno, SDA Bocconi) and participating in prestigious projects and institutional forums at the international level. It leads the most significant frontiers of innovation in the areas of SSI (Self Sovereign Identity) and wallet economy: it has conceived and implemented a decentralized digital identity platform based on wallets that, ensuring compliance with eIDAS regulations, combines the benefits of distributed digital identity with full legal validity. Concurrently, InfoCert is actively collaborating with European institutions in defining a wallet – EUDI Wallet – based on EU standards. It is a technological partner of the EWC, NOBID, and TRACE4U consortia, recognized for their implementation of blockchain projects and digital identity within the
European Commission's Digital Europe Program.

Sustainability

InfoCert offers organizations transparent solutions to ensure good governance and traceability, adopting a privacy by design approach (data protection integrated throughout the entire lifecycle of the technology) and ensuring high levels of security. InfoCert solutions are designed to provide an easy, intuitive, and accessible user experience. Digitizing processes helps reduce the consumption of printed paper and excessive frictional mobility, with a positive impact on the environment. The Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) study, conducted by SpinLife (a spinoff of the University of Padua) and verified by CSQA (a certification body), demonstrates that TOP (Trust Onboarding Platform) can reduce CO2 emissions by up to 86%. InfoCert, together with a certified partner, has chosen to
fully offset the emissions of its primary data center. Additionally, it has joined a Treedom project for reforesting various areas of the world, creating the "forest of Trust" contributing to absorbing the equivalent of 91 tons of CO2. Furthermore, InfoCert demonstrates its commitment to ensuring inclusivity through neuro inclusion projects, such as Specialisterne, and promoting the socio- occupational, personal, and social integration of vulnerable individuals with the Giotto project. InfoCert also aims to become a "Dyslexia Friendly" company.
